Porque as posturas sentadas trazem uma qualidade de reflex\u00e3o. E \u00e9 por isso que temos pouca paci\u00eancia com as posturas nas quais nos sentamos: o nosso h\u00e1bito de reflex\u00e3o \u00e9 muito pouco trabalhado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando nos sentamos, buscamos, com nossas a\u00e7\u00f5es, de forma gradual, nos prepararmos para um estado que nos remete \u00e0 nossa profundidade, \u00e0 nossa capacidade de se recolher. Todo o movimento de se sentar j\u00e1 tem impl\u00edcito um movimento de recolhimento, de imobilidade.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todas as a\u00e7\u00f5es que fazemos t\u00eam o objetivo de dar uma chance para que este recolhimento aconte\u00e7a. Ele n\u00e3o acontece a partir de uma for\u00e7a violenta que puxa ou empurra. Mas n\u00f3s, atrav\u00e9s da nossa postura, das nossas a\u00e7\u00f5es, da nossa atitude, nos predispomos a este estado de recolhimento. \u00c9 o que o Guruji chama de involu\u00e7\u00e3o. Nos seus textos, ele nos prop\u00f5e este caminho de involu\u00e7\u00e3o, onde nos recolhemos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O yoga \u00e9 a pr\u00e1tica do recolhimento. A partir do corpo n\u00f3s vamos em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 nossa alma, ao nosso Atman. \u00c9 onde a pr\u00e1tica passa a ter uma nova conota\u00e7\u00e3o, anusthana. E n\u00f3s come\u00e7amos a compreender o que significa a pr\u00e1tica a partir deste conceito de anusthana. \u00c9 uma pr\u00e1tica espiritual, devocional, religiosa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O yoga n\u00e3o nos ensina uma religi\u00e3o externa. Nos ensina a entrarmos em contato com nossa religi\u00e3o, com a religi\u00e3o interna de cada um. Essa religi\u00e3o interna \u00e9 a \u00fanica que pode trazer paz ao mundo. Em cada encontro que fazemos, cada esfor\u00e7o que fazemos nos nossos estudos, estamos exercitando a nossa religiosidade. A religi\u00e3o externa segrega, separa, reparte, fragmenta. A religi\u00e3o interna religa, re\u00fane, concilia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando n\u00f3s nos sentamos, continuamente e por um per\u00edodo longo de tempo, neste estado de abhyasa, gradualmente nossa pr\u00e1tica vai se transformando em anusthana. N\u00f3s sa\u00edmos do campo da t\u00e9cnica e do intelecto e come\u00e7amos a entrar no campo do cora\u00e7\u00e3o, do sentimento. Ent\u00e3o nossa religiosidade se torna uma religiosidade pr\u00e1tica, no nosso dia a dia, no conv\u00edvio com outras pessoas e com n\u00f3s mesmos.
