Essa \u00e9 uma pergunta que devemos nos fazer como yogues, como yoginis, como praticantes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segundo os Yoga Sutras de Patanjali, existem quatro diferentes tipos de estados mentais. No primeiro, onde geralmente nos encontramos, nossa mente est\u00e1 entorpecida, sonolenta, hipn\u00f3tica.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No segundo estado a mente n\u00e3o para. Ela fica pulando de galho em galho o tempo inteiro, transitando pelos pares de opostos, sempre em d\u00favida, nunca est\u00e1vel.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ao longo da pr\u00e1tica de asanas, geralmente n\u00f3s sa\u00edmos do estado do in\u00edcio do encontro em dire\u00e7\u00e3o a outra qualidade mental. N\u00f3s come\u00e7amos a sair desta mente entorpecida e desta mente dual e come\u00e7amos a entrar em um estado mental chamado <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ekagra<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u00c9 onde a mente come\u00e7a a se tornar focada.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 medida que fizemos esta pergunta \u201cpor que praticamos asanas?\u201d n\u00f3s come\u00e7amos a compreender que atrav\u00e9s das posturas n\u00f3s transformamos a qualidade da nossa mente. Aprendemos a chegar a este estado de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ekagra<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, onde a mente tem foco.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 nesse estado que o yoga literalmente inicia. Porque \u00e9 a mat\u00e9ria prima atrav\u00e9s do qual podemos aprender a mover a intelig\u00eancia.
