Quando eu n\u00e3o podia fazer mais nada, estava com pranayama.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Geeta Iyengar &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pranayama cura. Como acontece?&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Geeta Iyengar &#8211; Por exemplo, um simples Jalandhara Bandha. Voc\u00ea faz alguns ciclos de Ujjayi; chega um momento em que a cabe\u00e7a come\u00e7a a descer. H\u00e1 um per\u00edodo em que a cabe\u00e7a n\u00e3o desce. Voc\u00ea n\u00e3o consegue uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o adequada. A garganta tem que criar o espa\u00e7o; n\u00e3o vem com uma trava do do queixo. Portanto, primeiro o processo de bloqueio do queixo \u00e9 f\u00edsico. Mas ent\u00e3o voc\u00ea descobre que algo est\u00e1 acontecendo nas paredes internas da garganta.
