Depende de quanto tempo a pessoa reservou para a pr\u00e1tica. Quando voc\u00ea diz \u201cpr\u00e1tica forte de asana\u201d, vamos supor que voc\u00ea tenha duas horas para praticar. Pode-se dividir esse tempo. Uma hora e um quarto ou uma hora e meia de pr\u00e1tica de asana , dez minutos de Savasana e depois vinte minutos de pranayama.
