Ent\u00e3o o sadhaka est\u00e1 em sintonia com o brilho do atman refletindo em sua verdadeira gl\u00f3ria sem karmendriyas, Jnanendriyas e manas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O yogue obt\u00e9m beleza em sua forma, gra\u00e7a em sua a\u00e7\u00e3o e for\u00e7a para enfrentar a vida com a mente tranquila em todas as situa\u00e7\u00f5es, mantendo vinadanda \u2013 a parte sutil (susumna sarira) desse corpo grosseiro (sthula sarira) \u2013 saud\u00e1vel, m\u00f3vel e forte como um diamante.
