Come\u00e7a com o corpo, cultiva a mente e conduz o praticante a experimentar a fragr\u00e2ncia da felicidade imparcial ou pura interna e externamente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yoga ajusta os sistemas respirat\u00f3rio e circulat\u00f3rio, os dois principais port\u00f5es da sa\u00fade, e preserva todas as c\u00e9lulas do corpo. Sa\u00fade n\u00e3o \u00e9 um produto que pode ser comprado em uma farm\u00e1cia. \u00c9 preciso ganh\u00e1-la com transpira\u00e7\u00e3o e inspira\u00e7\u00e3o.
