Portanto, para alcan\u00e7ar o estado de perfei\u00e7\u00e3o mencionado acima, o <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sadhaka <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(praticante) tem que fazer o <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sadhana <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(pr\u00e1tica) e <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tapas <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(austeridade).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>O espectro dos asanas<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asanas consistem em a\u00e7\u00f5es ou movimentos como esfregar, apertar, congelar, pacificar, ativar, estimular, apoiar, acalmar, penetrar, estreitar, espalhar, fixar, aquecer, resfriar etc. O asana-pranayama \u00e9 cultivado com sensibilidade no corpo. Os movimentos consistem em contor\u00e7\u00e3o, contra\u00e7\u00e3o, expans\u00e3o, extens\u00e3o, circundu\u00e7\u00e3o e abdu\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, existem movimentos verticais, horizontais, circulares, espirais e circunferenciais. O asana penetra no caminho fisiol\u00f3gico em profundidade, largura e comprimento. O asana atinge o corpo penetrando em todas as dire\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por outro lado, o corpo, junto com a mente e a respira\u00e7\u00e3o, det\u00e9m o asana de uma maneira necess\u00e1ria e eficaz. Cada asana, com seus cinco aspectos, a saber, qualidade, potencialidade, intensidade, efetividade, substancialidade e confiabilidade, trabalham no corpo com uma luz espec\u00edfica e onde o centro gravitacional deve estar. Deve-se saber onde, quando e como a energia deve ser difundida, infundida e instilada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asana trabalha para ativar as partes pregui\u00e7osas ou desativar algumas partes da fisiologia. Uma parte fisiol\u00f3gica hipoativa equivale \u00e0 hipertens\u00e3o em algumas outras partes do corpo. Consequentemente, o asana traz equil\u00edbrio interno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os diferentes tipos de asanas destinam-se a atender a uma variedade de necessidades psicofisiol\u00f3gicas e neurofisiol\u00f3gicas. Os asanas atuam desejavelmente nas gl\u00e2ndulas e \u00f3rg\u00e3os correspondentes com padr\u00f5es respirat\u00f3rios espec\u00edficos.
