Os olhos funcionam como as janelas do c\u00e9rebro e os ouvidos da mente. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ele \u00e9 feito para contactar seus olhos com movimento e a\u00e7\u00e3o durante a pratica de yoga. E tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 feito para sentir que sua intelig\u00eancia est\u00e1 em contato com as partes do corpo que est\u00e1 se exercitando.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ele \u00e9 feito de tal maneira que na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos asanas concentre a aten\u00e7\u00e3o no corpo, sentidos e mente.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sirsasana, sarvangasana, halasana, viparitadandasana, adho mukha vrksasna, setu bandha sarvangasana, urdhavadhanurasa <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u00e3o perfumados<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e liberam e irrigam as c\u00e9lulas cerebrais com o sangue oxigenado para revigor\u00e1-lo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como n\u00e3o existe uma \u201cdroga milagrosa\u201d por todo o tempo para todas doen\u00e7as, da mesma forma as pr\u00e1ticas devem ser adotadas de acordo com os estados ou condi\u00e7\u00f5es exigidos para o dia, de modo que devem ser variadas. As t\u00e9cnicas de respira\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o ensinadas, por meio das quais a pessoa em quest\u00e3o \u00e9 obrigada a prender a respira\u00e7\u00e3o em curtos per\u00edodos ap\u00f3s a inspira\u00e7\u00e3o para adquirir confian\u00e7a em si mesma.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como ele n\u00e3o tem vontade pr\u00f3pria, deve ser guiado de uma forma que possa se desenvolver sem consci\u00eancia. Por meio desse tipo de treinamento e observa\u00e7\u00e3o, ele \u00e9 libertado do estado de depress\u00e3o e isolamento para uma vida de alegria e \u00eaxtase. Minha experi\u00eancia de ensino com essas pessoas mostrou um resultado definitivamente positivo, como qualquer outra arte e ci\u00eancia de cura. Como todas as artes e ci\u00eancias s\u00e3o respeitadas, o Yoga tamb\u00e9m imp\u00f5e o mesmo respeito. Ele resistiu ao futuro tamb\u00e9m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apenas saber sobre yoga n\u00e3o vai aliviar o sofrimento, a ansiedade e a depress\u00e3o. A pr\u00e1tica di\u00e1ria persistente faz o ser humano enfrentar as turbul\u00eancias da vida com firmeza e estabilidade. No yoga, ele \u00e9 ensinado a unir o corpo, a respira\u00e7\u00e3o, o intelecto e o eu, que se equilibram uniformemente como as p\u00e9rolas mantidas juntas em um colar. A partir de ent\u00e3o, ele ama viver, vive para servir e serve ao mundo com beleza e grandiosidade.
