Sa\u00fade n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma mera liberdade de doen\u00e7as. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa\u00fade n\u00e3o significa mera exist\u00eancia, pois isso n\u00e3o acontece propositalmente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O que \u00e9 sa\u00fade?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa\u00fade \u00e9 um estado sem ang\u00fastia do corpo e da mente e um sinal de felicidade inabal\u00e1vel no corpo, na mente e na alma.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa\u00fade \u00e9 um estado de perfeito equil\u00edbrio, harmonia e concord\u00e2ncia entre os inv\u00f3lucros f\u00edsico, psicol\u00f3gico, moral, intelectual e espiritual. Sa\u00fade \u00e9 como um fio sob tens\u00e3o, sempre sensitivo, brilhante e alerta. \u00c9 como a \u00e1gua corrente de um rio que est\u00e1 sempre fresca. A sa\u00fade n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma mercadoria que se possa comprar \u2013ela deve ser conquistada pela inspira\u00e7\u00e3o e transpira\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Boa sa\u00fade \u00e9 herdada. Depende tamb\u00e9m do corpo e da suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es, do estado mental, dos relacionamentos com os familiares e com o meio ambiente; e, por \u00faltimo, depende de uma perspectiva espiritual. A escolha da sa\u00fade est\u00e1 na m\u00e3o de cada um.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entretanto, a natureza ajuda o homem a cuidar do seu corpo e a sobreviver, apesar da indulg\u00eancia em prazeres mundanos que criam desequil\u00edbrios nos mecanismos do corpo. N\u00f3s temos que refinar nossa mente, corpo e intelig\u00eancia atrav\u00e9s do Yoga para alcan\u00e7ar a sa\u00fade do corpo, da mente e da alma, assim como o ourives aquece o ouro repetidamente para refin\u00e1-lo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um espelho reflete os objetos claramente somente se estiver limpo. Similarmente, a pr\u00e1tica de yoga leva sa\u00fade \u00e0quele que estiver livre de divis\u00f5es entre corpo, mente e alma.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Isso est\u00e1 declarado no Mahabharata:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talento \u00e9 o melhor entre as riquezas,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O entendimento \u00e9 o melhor entre os tesouros,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A sa\u00fade \u00e9 a melhor dentre as aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O contentamento \u00e9 o mais alto entre os prazeres\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Patanjali tamb\u00e9m diz: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yoganganusthanatasuddhiksaye jnanadiptih avivekakhyateh<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (YS 11.28).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Isso tem o seguinte significado: \u201cA pr\u00e1tica de yoga destr\u00f3i as impurezas do corpo e da mente, ent\u00e3o a maturidade da intelig\u00eancia e da sabedoria se irradiam a partir do centro do ser (atman) para funcionarem em un\u00edssono com os ve\u00edculos \u2013 o corpo, os sentidos, a mente, a intelig\u00eancia e a consci\u00eancia\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Patanjali tamb\u00e9m nos adverte com este sutra: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heyam dukham anagatam<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (YS 11.16).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esse \u00e9 o outro lado da moeda da sa\u00fade. Ele diz que n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel saber que tipo de sofrimento est\u00e1 reservado para cada um. Ent\u00e3o aconselha a prestar aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 medida que o sofrimento oculto sobe \u00e0 superf\u00edcie. Esse sofrimento pode estar inativo, atenuado, flutuante ou totalmente ativo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O que s\u00e3o esses sofrimentos? Sofrimentos podem ser f\u00edsicos, emocionais, intelectuais e instintivos. Podem ser causados pela gen\u00e9tica, bioqu\u00edmicos, meio ambiente, emocional ou causas perceptivas e podem levar em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 doen\u00e7as f\u00edsicas como \u00falceras, c\u00e2ncer, problemas card\u00edacos, artrites ou dist\u00farbios mentais como ansiedade, estresse, insatisfa\u00e7\u00e3o ou depress\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esses sofrimentos s\u00e3o caracterizados como <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adhyatmika<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">krita<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adhibhoutika<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (karita) e <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adhidaivika<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">anumodita<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) rogas e tapas.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adhyatmika<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rogas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9 auto-induzida (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">krita<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), enquanto <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">adhibhoutika rogas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> surge devido a h\u00e1bitos nos quais perturbamos a raz\u00e3o de equil\u00edbrio dos cinco elementos do corpo (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">karita<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Somos feitos de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">panchabhuta sarira<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: terra, \u00e1gua, fogo, ar e \u00e9ter. Por exemplo, a constipa\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre se o elemento terra estiver alto; a incontin\u00eancia urin\u00e1ria e a acumula\u00e7\u00e3o de l\u00edquidos ocorrem se o elemento \u00e1gua estiver alto; o excesso de elementos de fogo leva \u00e0 asma, tosse e bronquite; enquanto reumatismo, atrofia e artrite acontecem se o elemento \u00e9ter \u00e9 alto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adhidaivika roga<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pode ser gen\u00e9tico ou al\u00e9rgico. Chamamos isso de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prarabdha karma<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ou destino.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Patanjali fala das causas dos <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rogas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> no Sutras 1.31: <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dukha daurmanasya angamejayatva svasapravasah viksepa sahabhuvahu.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ou seja, tristeza, desespero, tremor do corpo e respira\u00e7\u00e3o irregular provocam doen\u00e7as, in\u00e9rcia, impot\u00eancia, pregui\u00e7a, indisciplina dos sentidos, pontos de vista errados, falta de perseveran\u00e7a e retrocessos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doen\u00e7as f\u00edsicas ou do corpo, lentid\u00e3o; doen\u00e7as mentais como neglig\u00eancia, ociosidade, gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos sentidos; doen\u00e7as intelectuais como viver no mundo da ilus\u00e3o; doen\u00e7as espirituais como falta de perseveran\u00e7a, incapacidade de manter o que foi obtido devido ao orgulho ou estagna\u00e7\u00e3o amea\u00e7am a boa sa\u00fade humana.
