O yoga \u00e9 como uma ferramenta para perceber estes <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vrttis <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e poder transform\u00e1-los. Este foi um dos temas das aulas de yoga on-line desta semana. Os professores Camila de Lucca e Pedro Pessoa nos contaram uma hist\u00f3ria que ajuda a entender esse ensinamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certa vez, um coelho que estava cansado de tanto caminhar sob um sol escaldante, encontrou um grande coqueiro e se acomodou na sua sombra para descansar e tirar uma soneca. Enquanto dormia, ele sonhou que o mundo se quebrava em peda\u00e7os. Neste instante, um coco caiu do alto do coqueiro e se espatifou no ch\u00e3o. O coelho se levantou em um sobressalto assustado e n\u00e3o teve d\u00favidas: o mundo estava realmente se despeda\u00e7ando!<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cTenho que avisar todos os companheiros da floresta\u201d, ele pensou. Desesperado, saiu correndo e, no caminho, encontrou alguns veados que pastavam. \u201cO que aconteceu?\u201d, eles perguntaram. \u201cO mundo est\u00e1 se quebrando em peda\u00e7os. Corram!\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sem exitar, os veados sa\u00edram correndo atr\u00e1s do coelho. No caminho, encontraram lobos, hienas e uma s\u00e9rie de outros animais, que tamb\u00e9m os seguiram. Na medida que mais animais se juntavam ao grupo, formou-se uma grande fuma\u00e7a de poeira \u2013 e a imagem os fez ficar ainda mais assustados.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alguns elefantes que tomavam banho viram a grande quantidade de animais que corriam desesperados e tamb\u00e9m se juntaram a eles. At\u00e9 que um deles disse: \u201cTemos que pedir ajuda ao nosso rei, o le\u00e3o!\u201d Todos se dirigiram \u00e0 toca do le\u00e3o, que dormia profundamente ap\u00f3s fazer uma farta refei\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em uma das aulas, o professor Pedro se deteve nesta parte da hist\u00f3ria. \u201cObserve o quanto n\u00f3s entramos num estado no qual, sem saber o porqu\u00ea, estamos ansiosos, amedrontados, tensos, com pressa. N\u00f3s sonhamos, temos um sonho ruim e esse sonho se manifesta ao longo do nosso dia. Muitas vezes n\u00f3s sequer nos lembramos deste sonho, mas uma condi\u00e7\u00e3o de mal estar se mant\u00e9m ao longo do nosso dia. N\u00f3s n\u00e3o nos damos conta das for\u00e7as que agem em n\u00f3s, que nos movem&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A hist\u00f3ria prossegue:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ao acordar, o Le\u00e3o perguntou aos animais: \u201cMas quem falou que o mundo est\u00e1 se quebrando em peda\u00e7os?\u201d O elefante falou que foi o urso, o urso falou que foi o veado, o veado falou que foi o lobo\u2026 at\u00e9 que algu\u00e9m disse que foi o coelho. \u201cEu estava l\u00e1 no meu coqueiro e eu ouvi que o mundo estava se quebrando\u201d, argumentou o coelho. Ent\u00e3o todos se dirigiram para l\u00e1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ao chegarem ao coqueiro, o Le\u00e3o olhou e viu o coco quebrado em peda\u00e7os e perguntou ao coelho. \u201cVoc\u00ea estava dormindo?\u201d. \u201cSim\u201d, respondeu o coelho, \u201ceu estava tirando um cochilo.\u201d\u00a0 Ent\u00e3o o s\u00e1bio Le\u00e3o informou a todos: \u201cIsso n\u00e3o passa de um sonho. Podem voltar para seus lugares, o mundo n\u00e3o est\u00e1 se quebrando.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cQuando despertamos desse sonho, enxergamos as coisas como realmente s\u00e3o\u201d, disse a professora Camila. \u201cA pr\u00e1tica de yoga nos d\u00e1 suporte para sair deste estado de conhecimento err\u00f4neo \u2013 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">viparyaya \u2013, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de imagina\u00e7\u00e3o e fantasia \u2013 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vikalpa<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 e de sono \u2013 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nidra<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Quando estamos nesses tr\u00eas estados, nesses tr\u00eas <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vrittis<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, nessas flutua\u00e7\u00f5es da mente, n\u00f3s n\u00e3o temos essa sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de estar aqui e agora. O trabalho do yoga \u00e9 fazer com que cada um de n\u00f3s se ache, se encontre, se realize.
