O yogue n\u00e3o sente falta de nada e por isso \u00e9 naturalmente contente\u201d, explicou B.K.S Iyengar, o Guruji, no livro <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Luz Sobre o Yoga<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mas para chegar a este estado de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">santosa <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 ou, pelo menos, para se aproximar desse estado \u2013, o yoga \u00e9 uma ferramenta extraordin\u00e1ria. Nesta semana, os professores Pedro Pessoa e Camila de Lucca est\u00e3o abordando essa ideia nas aulas on-line. Uma das hist\u00f3rias que nos contaram foi essa:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existia uma mulher chamada <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anjali<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que trabalhava como vendedora de leite em <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pushkar<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, no <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rajast\u00e3o<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Todas as manh\u00e3s, antes do sol nascer, ela ordenhava sua \u00fanica vaca no est\u00e1bulo, enchia um balde com o leite, colocava-o sobre a cabe\u00e7a e caminhava at\u00e9 um vilarejo para vend\u00ea-lo. Com o dinheiro, ela conseguia oferecer duas refei\u00e7\u00f5es para os filhos e a av\u00f3 que moravam em uma pequena casa.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certo dia, enquanto caminhava at\u00e9 o vilarejo com o balde na cabe\u00e7a, <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anjali<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> come\u00e7ou a pensar que poderia comprar galinhas com o dinheiro do leite, vender os ovos, comprar mais galinhas, ganhar mais dinheiro e assim sucessivamente. \u201cPoderei at\u00e9 comprar brincos de ouro para mostrar aos meus vizinhos\u201d, ela refletiu. Mas no momento em que se imaginou com os brincos, ela balan\u00e7ou a cabe\u00e7a, como se os sentisse balan\u00e7ar em suas orelhas. Foi ent\u00e3o que o balde caiu e todo o leite foi derramado e absorvido pela terra. Nesse dia, Anjali e sua fam\u00edlia ficaram sem ter o que comer.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No dia seguinte, ela entrou no est\u00e1bulo e, ao olhar para sua \u00fanica vaca, um grande sentimento de agradecimento invadiu seu cora\u00e7\u00e3o. Um agradecimento pelo que tinha. Por mais simples que fosse, era aquilo que fornecia o sustento da sua vida. A partir daquele momento, <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anjali <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nunca mais deixou de sentir seu cora\u00e7\u00e3o pleno de agradecimento e seguiu trabalhando dia ap\u00f3s dia.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ao longo do tempo, <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anjali<\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> adquiriu novas vacas e se tornou uma mulher rica. Comprou os brincos, mas seguiu tirando leite todas as manh\u00e3s e vendendo no vilarejo. Sempre mantendo aquele sentimento de agradecimento.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esse estado de contentamento, explicou o professor Pedro, ocorre quando n\u00e3o estamos divididos \u2013\u00a0 e por isso <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">santosa<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9 uma qualidade dos yogues. \u201cAtrav\u00e9s dos asanas, n\u00f3s temos a oportunidade de equilibrar nosso corpo; atrav\u00e9s do nosso corpo, n\u00f3s equilibramos nossa mente; atrav\u00e9s da nossa mente, n\u00f3s equilibramos nossos desejos; uma vez que n\u00f3s equilibramos nossos desejos, n\u00f3s equilibramos nosso cora\u00e7\u00e3o. E apenas com o cora\u00e7\u00e3o calmo \u00e9 que n\u00f3s podemos sentir este fluxo de agradecimento perene que flui do cora\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 um agradecimento incondicional que flui pelo simples fato de estarmos vivos. E neste simples fato de estarmos vivos, conter a extraordin\u00e1ria possibilidade de nos desenvolver ilimitadamente.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em outra aula, a professora Camila nos lembrou que precisamos estar conectados a nossa ess\u00eancia para atingir este estado. \u201cO contentamento e a alegria s\u00e3o frutos de quando nos lembramos da nossa funda\u00e7\u00e3o, da nossa ess\u00eancia, daquilo que nos sustenta. Da mesma maneira que nos asanas em p\u00e9 as pernas sustentam nosso corpo, nossa ess\u00eancia sustenta nossa vida. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Santosa<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9 um estado de ser, n\u00e3o tem rela\u00e7\u00e3o nenhuma com aquilo que possu\u00edmos.
