The Intensive Course is an opportunity for us to dive deeper into the world of Iyengar Yoga.

We’ll have accommodation and meal options here at the school!

Recommended for practitioners who want to stay updated, for our students in the process of mentoring and for the certified teachers.

We will have 4 days of practice with asanas, pranayamas, pedagogy,
study of asanas/pranayamas and therapeutic practices.
